Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- all purpose flour
- milk
- water
- yogurt
- a few drops of vinegar
- 2 tbsp. cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- salt
- sour cream
How to
Turn the oven to 200C. Mix the eggs and salt, the milk, water, yogurt and the vinegar. (Vinegar is to make it less greasy) Now add the flour with the baking powder and lastly add the cottage cheese. The dough has to be thicker than when you make pancakes.
Preheat the baking tray with at little bit of oil, and then pour the dough into the warm baking tray. Bake for about 30 min. When baked, take out and spread the sour cream all over, and put back in the oven for a couple of minutes.
I do not know how much of which ingredient because I want it to be thicker then pancake batter. I feel my way.
