Ingredients

  • 180 g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 125 g butter, room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 250 g all purpose flour
  • Grains from 1 vanilla bean

How to

Chop the chocolate roughly. Mix the butter, brown sugar and egg with a mixer. Add rest of the ingredients, including the roughly chopped chocolate. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 15 min. 

Roll the dough in 12 balls and place on a baking sheet which is covered by baking paper. Make big space between the cookies because they spread out while baking. Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven and bake until they are golden. About 10 min. on 190C. 

Let the cookies cool off.
